We have been building in Southeast Georgia for over 50 years, and have experienced many things in that time. However, we a a First Experience recently. We are building a detached garage for a customer to whom the wife is Dutch. There is a Dutch Tradition called “Pannenbier” they wanted us to include during the process of building.

Pannenbier is a festive Dutch construction tradition. It celebrates the milestone when a building reaches its highest point and the roof is ready to be laid. The client hosts a celebratory gathering for the construction workers providing food and free drinks. Another part of the tradition is to temporarily install a flag at the highest point.

It was a fun celebration and we appreciate our clients educating us on this Dutch Tradition and for feeding our crew!!

Recent kitchen remodel on a home in St Marys. Check out the Before and After Pics!
We cut the kitchen island down to one bar height instead of two, painted cabinets, walls and trim, new countertops and backsplash, new under cabinet lighting, new sink and new floor covering. Definitely a transformation!
