In 1934, the COOPER foundry developed the first successful technique to pour 304 stainless steel. Since then we have grown to manufacture the highest quality stainless steel valves and exotic alloy valves on the market utilizing many grades of some of the hardest materials to work with such as: Stainless Steel, Austenitic Stainless, Duplex, Alloy 20, Alloy 990, Monel, Moly, Hastelloy, Inconel, Nickel, Cobalt, Titanium, and Zirconium. We've been able to accomplish this through a combination of advanced design engineering, metallurgical science, technical know-how, and rigid quality control. Over the years, COOPER Valve patterns have been continually refined, hand-in-hand with increasing foundry technology allowing us to produce the finest quality cast and forged valves regardless of material composition. COOPER Valves manufactures a complete line of cast ball valves, gate valves, globe valves and check valves whether they are small diameter investment castings or large diameter sand castings, sizes 1/2" to 24", ANSI Class 150 thru 1500, in stainless or exotic alloy, or special design upon application. COOPER also manufactures a full line of forged gate, globe, and check valves, sizes 1/4" to 3", ANSI Class 150-4500, out of a wide range of stainless and exotic alloys. COOPER valves are manufactured to the applicable sections of ANSI and API standards and are in use in almost every corrosive application today.
