Welcome to another with CIP Finishes. At an Erickson Senior Living community in Bethesda, Maryland, we hung the floor-to-ceiling curtains that bring warmth and privacy to the shared spaces, soft, full, and clean.

And down at Patrick Henry Apartments in Newport News, Virginia, we installed mailboxes, black banks built into warm wood paneling, each unit secure and clearly numbered.

Progress is looking good at 1901 N. Moore Street in Arlington, Virginia.
The latest to go in: rows of secure bike racks, mounted and lined up ready for residents on two wheels. And bike storage is just one piece of the puzzle.

Across this project we're also handling grab bars, mailboxes, and other finishes that round out daily life in the building.

We'll keep sharing the progress as it comes together. This is the kind of work we love to get right.

Another look at the work coming together at Avonlea Senior at Chantilly, Virginia.

What we love about a project like this is the range. Secure mailboxes and package lockers. Motorized curtains running floor to ceiling, warming up the amenity lounge. And a fire extinguisher cabinet tucked so neatly into the wood-slat wall you almost miss it.

Different rooms, different finishes, one standard behind all of it. Everything measured to fit and made to hold up for years.

Here's the work moving forward at One Loudoun Uptown Tempo Hotel in Ashburn, Virginia.

Alongside L.F. Jennings, our team is furnishing and installing the finishes for the amenity spaces at this hotel project. Bath fixtures and accessories, Hollman locker systems, and fire safety equipment, coordinated to keep everything on schedule.

We handle all of it, from selection through installation, so the final phase stays coordinated and on schedule.
