This customer had an 30 year old furnace and no central ac. We replaced their old furnace with a new high efficiency furnace and central ac. They also had no ductwork going to the top floor of there house and opted to go with the ductless minisplit system to provide cooling upstairs. Now that they can get rid of all the window units they can save on there propane and electric bills.

Beat the summer heat call and we’ll set up a free estimate. This customer has a boiler and had never had cooling other than window units we were able to get them a dual zone mini split to provide cooling for the main level of the house and the basement we also installed a gas furnace with conventional air conditioning in the attic to serve all the upper rooms. Now this customer has backup heat for there boiler and they never have to pick up a window unit again.
