The pictures with the water shows the ponding problems that the clients have had since buying the house. It was significant enough to create issues with the fence that was installed last year. It takes a while for grass to overtake the exposed rock, but the tradeoff is a dry yard. They were happy to report that it passed the test with Saturday's early morning deluge. Thanks Scott and family!

Here's the newest pond in Preston, KY. The clients had an unused pasture and wanted a pond with some organic edges to it, rather than a simple dished out hole in the ground. One side followed a drainage ditch, while the other was flagged out by them. This is definitely a project that I'll repost later when the pond is full of water and the grass is back. It's not particularly easy to see in the pictures, but this cabin had terrible grade in the front and right side. The owner has been battling standing water underneath the home for a while. It took a few hours, and I moved a lot of dirt, but the yard is a lot more flat with fall away from the cabin. After the loose fill settles away from the porch and the grass gets started, his standing water problems should be gone. Thank you Brian!
