A set of floating steps with lights illuminated under them for a very nice gentleman in Ocala. This was a fun one but took A LOT of time with a LOT of detail. We had to work off of 3 existing slabs with 3 different heights and 2 trees to box around witch all together made this a challenge. It took a little time but the customers and myself think this came out beautiful.

A 20'×20' parking pad with a 3' walkway approximate 16 feet in length we did in the Ocala area. A 4000psi mix with fiber and we did use wire mesh for added longevity. The customer was great to work with and happy with the job.

A 30'×30' monolithic slab with a 12' extension dropped 1½" for a lean too. Slab has a nice slick finish while the lean too has a broom finish for some texture. Thus was in silver springs. 4000psi mix with fiber and wire mesh for added strength and longevity.

Note: Neither wire or fiber, whether combined or not, does NOT add additional strength to the concrete. It is there to help prevent cracking/seperating/spalling. It is not a guarantee that any of these will not happen but it is a great way to reduce the risks of it happening.

Here we did a 5' bump out of the back of a new "5 Below" location in Starke. The asphalt was getting tore up and looked ugly so they decided to go with concrete. This was a wet and messy job due to poor drainage in the roadway but it turned out nice.

We had to demo and dispose of an old patio that was a trip hazard for the rest of the community and replace with a pad that was poured to the proper elevation. This was in a RV park in St.Augustine with the ocean just on the other side of the embankment.

A 16'×20' monolithic slab we poured in Ocala. Customer chose to form and prep it himself to help cut some of the costs amd we came in to pour and finish the concrete. It was scheduled to be pumped with a line pump but unfortunately the pump never showed o we had to buggy it ourselves.

Another monolithic slab, 30'×55', with 12"×12" footers and 2 # 5 rebar continouse. Soil was treated for termite protection and covered with visqueen. This was in Jacksonville. Had to scrape the grass out and bring in 2 loads of fill to get the slab to desired height and we compacted the ground with a plate tamper to unsure no settling happens. Nice trowel machine finish for a smooth floor.

This was a 20'×30' monolithic slab in ocala. Typical 12"×12" footers with 2 #5 rebar continouse around the perimeter with 4" of concrete and wire mesh on top of visqueen to prevent moisture from coming from under the slab. Smooth finish.

We did this project for a nice couple in the starke area of North central Florida. A parking pad with a walkway leading to the front door. An apron added to the existing parking pad along with a extension to the side and back of the same parking pad. A small pathway connecting an existing pad to a shed. And finally a ramp to another shed for easier access with mowers and such. This was a HOT job and we ended up doing this in 2 separate pours.
