It has been a great time attending and presenting at the State of the Art (SOTA) Conference on Inclusive Postsecondary Education and Individuals with Intellectual Disability! Tanner and Jordan did a great job representing the Jordan Lab and talking about their REM research, and Tanner and Will gave a really nice presentation of student participation in student government organizations. And Chapel Hill is beautiful, to boot! :)

The Mississippi State Undergraduate Research Symposium was a wonderful opportunity to learn about alot of the cool research on campus, and the students were so excited to talk about it! It was a really fun time-and I was really proud of The Jordan Microbiology Lab, Department of Biological Sciences, and Mississippi State University ACCESS representing!

It was so transforming watching the students participate in the NSF Research Experience and Mentoring Meeting in DC this past week. They did such a fantastic job presenting their research at the meeting! They also enjoyed visiting with Senator Wicker and Jordan Downs, Chief of Staff to Rep. Guest, meeting students from the AGGIE ACHIEVE program, and seeing some amazing sights! I am so grateful to the NSF REM program, to MSU ACCESS, and to all of those who took the time to meet with us!
