When you have laminate on top of laminate also on top of (2) 1/4 thick plywood, it might be time to gut it and make it flush with your living room hardwood flooring.

45 feet of gutters nailed to fascia board/soffit that was unsecured to the existing structure. Suspended approximately 25 feet high in the air, causing a major concern for the walkway portion. Demolition completed, new fascia board, soffit, fascia, K-style gutters, sealant, and a proper pitch to complete the project with a little help from our scaffolding/ladder combo.

Most importantly, homeowner was happy, neighbors were happy, and the job was done the right way.

Old 40 year old hardwood flooring that had multiple sags in the subfloor which was corrected and leveled. Beautiful Espresso Oak Hardwood installed over the new subfloor.

Client complained about creaking and noise on the old flooring, premium underlayment installed for noise mitigation and less friction between the hardwood flooring and subfloor.

Work currently in progress and finishing photos to come!
