🔨 Top Notch General Construction here with Part 4 of this bathroom project!

In this quick 2-minute video, you’re seeing about three days of weekend work come together. This project is being done over the weekends, so we’re taking it step by step and making sure everything is done the right way, not the rushed way. 💪🏽

Day 1: We came back and started getting the back wall tiled up. Not fully finished yet, but the process began. With tile work, every cut has to be precise and every line has to sit right. That’s where skill and professionalism matter. We also added plastic protection so the customer could still use their shower while work was being done. 🚿

Day 2: We continued the process and started tiling the side walls, bringing everything together piece by piece and making sure the layout stayed clean and even. 🧱

Day 3: We finished installing the shower doors and wrapped up most of the wall tile work. A few touch-ups still need to be done, but everything is coming together nicely.

⚠️ The job isn’t done yet. Since we’re working weekends on this project, we’ll be back next week to keep it moving. Next phase we’ll be installing:

✔️ New bathroom floor
✔️ Finish the rest of the wall work
✔️ New toilet 🚽
✔️ New baseboard heater
✔️ New medicine cabinet
✔️ New light fixtures 💡

Top Notch General Construction here — Part 3 of the bathroom renovation 🔨🚿

If you watched the previous videos, you saw how bad that wall was it was too far from the tub and causing a leak. That’s the kind of issue that can turn into a bigger problem if it’s not fixed the right way. But that’s what we do… we find the problem and we solve it the right way 💪

In this part you can see us rebuilding the wall properly new framing, solid beams, and proper insulation to make sure everything is strong and secure. After that we installed backer board so everything stays level, even, and flush the way it’s supposed to be before tile goes on. Details matter in construction and we don’t skip steps.

You’ll also notice we put the plastic back up once the wall was rebuilt so the homeowners could still use their shower until we come back. We always try to make things easier for our clients while the work is being done 🤝

Tomorrow we’ll be back to handle the waterproofing and tile installation because when it comes to bathrooms, waterproofing is one of the most important parts of the entire job.

Top Notch General Construction – Part 2 🔨🚿

In the beginning of the video, you’ll see we ripped the shower walls apart and discovered we’ll need to build a brand new wall, bringing it closer to the tub for a proper, solid finish. No shortcuts, we show every detail of what’s getting done and how we’re doing it 💪🏽🧱

Toward the end of the video, you’ll see we put up protective plastic so the clients can still use their shower while we complete the new wall. We always make sure our customers are taken care of throughout the entire process 🙌🏽
