Meet Scott! Scott works in material supply, operating the saw that cuts steel tubes for our buildings (units).

What's something people might not realize about his role? The actual building process starts right here — with material supply.

One accomplishment he's especially proud of? He put it best himself: "I thought the refrigerated units were pretty cool." 😄❄️

Meet Connor, head of our CNC and machine operations! His typical day consists of manufacturing all the parts needed to keep our day-to-day operations running.

One project he's especially proud of? Our Expando Van — "watching it go from a drawing to a completed product was incredibly rewarding".

Something people might not realize about his role? Every single part, big or small, no matter the quantity, passes through his hands in day-to-day operations.

Meet Ricky, our Custodial Engineer! Ricky maintains all restrooms, breakrooms, and offices at the factory — keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Something people might not realize about his role? While employees on the production floor work hard, Richy makes sure their rest areas stay as comfortable as possible.

And outside of work? Ricky loves cutting grass and watching Moonshiners. 🎬🌱

Our leadership spent some time at WJCL News this week to discuss our latest patent award with Shannon Royster - we were honored to be featured and excited to share our latest innovation.

This award is for 's "relocatable infrastructure" - buildings that can be manufactured, shipped and set up almost anywhere on earth, then taken down and moved again.

Think mobile command posts, disaster relief units, field hospitals...structures built for the moments when the world needs something to show up fast - and work.

Eight patents. Built by a owned small business. In a town most people never thought of as a hub for innovation.

Maybe it's time they did.
