Long View Custom Homes is owned and operated by Chad and Renee Holloway. He began working construction in the summers while in high school and college. After college, Chad started working as a “build on your own lot” contractor from 2003 to 2021. During his time as a custom and semi-custom home builder, Chad worked his way from superintendent up to General Manager. After many years of learning and
leading, Chad and his wife decided it was time to start their own residential business in 2022. The name of Long View ties back to the Holloway dairy farm that was owned and operated by Chad's grandfather. Chad's wife, Renee, grew up in a home that her father built. He built custom homes for many years in the Lake Norman area. Therefore, it was a natural transition for the Holloway's to start their own residential construction business. Long View Custom Homes operates out of Statesville, NC and serves Iredell, Catawba, Rowan, Davie, Cabarrus, and Mecklenburg counties. They specialize in custom homes, additions and remodels and have the connections to provide design- build services if needed. Long View Custom Homes focuses on a customer’s individual needs as it is a small, family owned and operated business. In addition to learning construction skills from their experiences and training, the Holloways also are ingrained in Biblical principles of honesty, integrity, and respect.
