Job Opening!

The position will consist of:
Greet and Assist Customers
Create Invoices and Orders
Research Special Orders
Does some light take offs and estimating: quotes/prices
Assist our Outside Salesman as needed.
Helps with General office duties
Utilizes Mitek Software and LPI Solutions (will train the right person)
Utilizes Windows PC and Microsoft Office
Utilizes office email to communicate with customers

Summary:
Utilizes Mitek software to design roof and floor trusses per print: Sends design to be sealed by engineers: Works closely with sales people, framers, architects and engineers to ensure structurally sound products: Transmits proper information to truss plant for manufacturing purposes: Utilizes LP Solutions to design LP I-Joist layouts: Utilizes I-Joist Layouts: Creates cut sheets: Crates delivery packets: May be responsible for ordering hangers and/or hardware for products: May print plans as needed: May install and upgrade software when needed.

Essential Physical and Mental Functions:
Must be able to handle streessful situations in a professional manner.
Candidate must be able to multi-task and prioritize
Candidte must be able to sit, walk and stand for long periods of time.

All potential candidates will need to be able to pass a drug test and crimminal background check.
