miles south of Marion, moving northeast at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to outdoor objects is
possible.

Locations impacted include...
Marion, Lake James State Park, Lake James, Nebo, Sugar Hill, Pleasant
Gardens, Glenwood, Fero, Dysartsville, and Thermal City.

3/20/2026 2PM: There's a sneaky, isolated northwest flow severe risk for tomorrow evening (Sat 3/21/26). While there might only be 1-2 total small storms, they could be supercells with a large hail risk. These northwest flow events mean moving northwest to southeast are notorious around here for some big hail. The main risk will be from the foothills down into the Charlotte/Metrolina area and into South Carolina.
