Most people don’t start an HVAC company because they love air conditioners.
I started Integrity Air Solutions because I got tired of watching homeowners feel pressured, confused, and taken advantage of.
After more than 10 years working in HVAC across Staunton, Waynesboro, and Augusta County, I saw the same thing happen over and over again:
Families calling for help and ending up with sales pitches instead of honest answers.
That never sat right with me.
So when Taylor and I decided to build Integrity Air Solutions, we built it around one simple idea:
Treat people the way we’d want our own family treated.
For us, that means:

✔️ Giving options instead of pressure
✔️ Recommending what’s best for the homeowner — not what creates the biggest invoice
✔️ Showing up when we say we will
✔️ Doing the job right the first time
Honestly, that kind of service feels rare these days.
If you’ve ever had us out to your home, then you already know I’d rather teach you something than sell you something. I believe homeowners deserve to understand what’s happening with their system, not feel overwhelmed by it.
From the first phone call to the final follow-up, we strive to make our customers feel taken care of. Behind every appointment, every late-night emergency call, every text message, and every schedule adjustment is someone making sure people feel heard and supported.
Integrity Air Solutions isn’t some giant corporation with a call center three states away.
It’s just us — a local husband-and-wife team serving the same communities we live in every day.
The same roads.
The same neighborhoods.
The same schools and ballfields our friends, family, and neighbors are part of every week.
That’s also why giving back matters to us. Whether it’s supporting local teams, schools, or community organizations, we believe being part of a community means investing in it too.
At the end of the day, HVAC is about more than heating and cooling.
