I would like to thank all of our customers for their patience yesterday during this cold spell. Jackson lucked out and he was the one on call. I believe that he was out on calls for over 13 hours. I have such a great group of guys. Each one of them offered to help out. Whether they physically went on calls, offered tech support on the phone or just offered to help if needed. I appreciate Frank, Jackson, Brady, Jayden and Gage for everything you do in the field. Of course we couldn't do what we do without Becky, Ronni and Marty in the office and our shop manager Bruce.
If you need us today we may be a little limited on the ability to get around. The vans don't get around well in this much snow. If you absolutely need us just call. I can try and get them to your home in my truck if needed but even 4 wheel drive may fail as well.
