The VUX-400 is designed by FEELER with years of expertise and the latest technology, is designed to maximize productivity by enhancing both technical performances. All axes of VUX-400 are designed with Roller Guideways and providing more accurate cutting performance.

The VUX-400 employs anti-chatter technology which predicts and prevents occurrences of chatter during machining. The machine structure and casting are manufacture from Meehanite cast iron for outstanding material stability and assure long-term deformation-free performance. The main structure uses ANSYS and NASTRAN finite element analysis software to optimize the design and ensure the best rigidity and stability.

The U-600P is designed by FEELER with years of expertise and the latest technology, to maximize productivity by enhancing both technical performances. All axes of U-600P are designed with Roller Guideways and providing more accurate cutting performance.

The U-600P employs anti-chatter technology of “Chatter Lobe” program, which predicts and prevents occurrences of chatter during machining.
Different from general BC type, the U-600P is designed as AC type for extensive machining capacity that allows workpiece diameter larger than axis travel. The operation area is defined with 2 sliding doors granting wide open space. And this design also favors the loading/unloading, featuring excellent access.
