We’ve been blown away by all the kind comments, shares, and messages on our recent post. Thank you to every resident, business owner, neighbor, and friend who’s taken the time to recognize our team’s hard work. Your encouragement means everything as we continue this vital project.

This 60-inch relief sewer is helping reduce combined sewer overflows, protecting Lake St. Clair’s water quality, and building a stronger, cleaner future for our community—one tunnel at a time.

🚨BIG NEWS FROM RIC-MAN CONSTRUCTION!🚨

We're thrilled to announce that we've been awarded the $15.6M contract for Ann Arbor's major sewer relief project in partnership with the City of Ann Arbor and the University of Michigan!

This cutting-edge micro-tunneling project will install a new 36-inch relief sewer along Washington and First Streets – all trenchless to minimize disruption while boosting capacity for U-M's growing campus.

Our team is ready to dig deep (literally) and deliver top-tier infrastructure that keeps Ann Arbor flowing strong.
