Spent some time these last couple weeks, installing new fencing and doing various yard projects at this house in downtown Rochester. Hard work pays off. The homeowner is very happy. She’s been waiting 20 years to have this done and couldn’t be happier!😉😀🛠️

We transformed this small space into a usable, cubby for kids coats, backpacks, and shoes. We also installed an overhead light. Game changer! I have a feeling the house will be a lot cleaner.
