The IBC requires buildings over 120’ to include elevators for firefighting use during a fire event. Space Age Fire Service Access Elevator, or “FSAE” panels comply with national standards and appropriate UL listings to annunciate the required temperature ranges within the FSAE lobbies on each floor providing critical information to first responders using those dedicated elevators.
