This holiday season, all shifts got into the festive spirit with our Lost & Found Christmas Ornament Game! Employees had to hunt high and low to find the hidden ornament! Congratulations to all!

The person who found the ornament keeps the ornament for their Christmas tree. Plus, received a $50 Grocery Gift Certificate! 🎁

🎄✨ Menk’s Family Christmas Party was a blast today! ✨🎄

What a fun-filled day celebrating the season with our Menk families! We enjoyed bowling, laser tag, putt putt golf, pizza, cookies, games, crafts, and—most importantly—a special visit from Santa! 🎅

Each of our little kiddos went home with a present and a Prolec/Menk light-up ornament, making the day even more magical.

On Friday, October 10th, we celebrated our amazing team!

Employees had the chance to pick out their annual safety shoes or boots from the boot truck, keeping everyone safe and comfortable on the job 👷‍♀️👷‍♂️

We also enjoyed great Lemonade from Main Squeeze and Mexican food from Los 3 Molcajetes. Plus, every employee received a Menk Safety–inspired T-shirt as a thank-you for all they do.

🎉 Menk was proud to participate in the 2025 Manufacturing Dinner at Sauk Valley Community College, hosted by the Sauk Valley Area Chamber of Commerce, Morrison Tech, and SVCC!

Our table sponsorship — and the spirited bidding war for our winning cake 🍰 — helped raise funds for scholarships supporting students in the Manufacturing programs at both Sauk Valley Community College and Morrison Tech.

We were also honored to be recognized by the Whiteside Area Career Center for donating steel materials so students could practice and improve their welding skills. 🔩🔥
