Jobs with Wilmer: Cooling Performance Restored

During inspection of the outdoor unit, technician found the condenser fan motor over amping, dirty outdoor coils, and low refrigerant levels.

After adding 3.1 pounds of refrigerant, system performance improved significantly. Temperature split increased from 8 degrees to 17 degrees and subcooling returned to target range.

System is now up and running properly.
