Our 100kW CHP generates electricity directly at the facility while recovering usable thermal energy for heating, hot water, or operational processes.

It was designed for mid-scale facilities that want the benefits of CHP without investing in more infrastructure than their operations require.

Because the smartest energy system is not always the biggest one.

According to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the average U.S. fossil-fueled power plant operates at approximately 36% efficiency, with much of the remaining input energy discharged as heat.

Combined Heat and Power takes a different approach.

CHP generates electricity on-site and recovers usable thermal energy that can help heat water, warm buildings, or support operational processes. That is one reason CHP systems can achieve much higher total system efficiency than producing electricity and heat separately.

Waste heat has been unemployed long enough.

Chicago is known for hot dogs, deep dish, and one-of-a-kind skyline views.

Rising electricity prices? Pretty sure they could do without those.

Illinois’s average commercial electricity price increased from 9.26¢ per kWh in 2014 to 11.81¢ per kWh in 2024. That’s nearly 28% higher in 10 years.

As fall temperatures arrive, Chicagoland facilities still need electricity, hot water, and heat. Combined Heat and Power can help address those needs together by generating electricity on-site and recovering usable thermal energy.

For the right facility, that can mean getting more value from one fuel source while purchasing less electricity from the grid.

Some Chicago traditions are worth keeping.

Rising energy costs aren’t one of them.

Electricity and heat already spend every day in the same facility.

It’s about time they started working together.

Combined Heat and Power generates electricity on-site while recovering usable thermal energy for hot water, space heating, or operational processes.

For facilities that need both electricity and heat throughout the day, addressing those needs together can improve overall energy efficiency and reduce the amount of electricity purchased from the grid.

Electricity + heat is the power couple your facility actually needs.

Wisconsin football fans aren’t afraid to take the leap. 🏈

And it might be time for local facilities to do the same.

Wisconsin’s average commercial electricity price increased from 10.77¢ per kWh in 2014 to 12.63¢ per kWh in 2024. That’s approximately 17% higher across 10 football seasons.

Combined Heat and Power can help facilities generate electricity on-site while recovering usable heat for hot water, space heating, and other operational needs.

It’s a different play for greater efficiency, fewer grid electricity purchases, and more control over long-term energy costs.

Take the leap toward a smarter energy strategy.

Electricity is a major operating expense, especially in Connecticut.

In May 2026, commercial electricity averaged 21.08¢/kWh in the state. That's about 56% higher than the U.S. commercial average.

For facilities using power around the clock, every kWh adds up.

That's why it may be worth asking a different question: How much electricity does your facility actually need to buy from the grid?

CHP allows you to generate electricity on-site while putting usable thermal energy to work for heating, hot water, and other facility needs.

More efficiency. Less grid dependence. Greater control over your energy strategy.

We’re live from AEE World 2026!

It’s been great connecting with energy and facility professionals and talking about what’s happening in the industry right now.

Rising costs. Grid reliability. Efficiency. On-site power.

If any of these are on your mind, come say hi to our team at booth #209 and let’s talk CHP.

What if your facility didn't have to buy all of its electricity from the grid?

Our 200kW CHP system generates electricity right where it's needed while also producing usable thermal energy for hot water, heating, and other facility needs.

That means one on-site system can address two major energy demands at the same time.

For facilities with consistent electricity and hot water or heating needs, CHP can mean greater efficiency, less dependence on grid electricity, and more control over long-term energy costs.

The question isn't only how much energy you're using.

It's how much of it you could be producing yourself.

What could up to 85% total system efficiency mean for your facility?

That’s a conversation we’d love to have at AEE World.

Enginuity CHP generates electricity on-site while capturing usable thermal energy for heating, hot water, or other facility needs.

That means getting more useful energy from the fuel you’re already paying for, with the potential to reduce costs and reliance on the grid.
