Gamber-Johnson enjoyed attending the Wisconsin Law Enforcement Canine Handler Association Conference in Waukesha, Wisconsin! It was a great opportunity to connect with law enforcement professionals, learn from the K9 community, and recognize the incredible work these teams do every day.

We were also glad to showcase solutions from American Aluminum Accessories and Blac-Rac , including the AAA Collapsible Kennel, Water Dish, Expanded Capacity Water Tank, and Blac-Rac Weapons Retention Systems—designed to support the needs of law enforcement professionals and their K9 partners.

Connecting a Community Through Continued Education

Central Wisconsin’s future of public safety training starts with Nexus—a transformational partnership between Mid-State Technical College , the City of Stevens Point, and public safety agencies across our region.

The Nexus Public Safety Center will bring together students, first responders, public safety agencies, and community partners in one collaborative environment—creating opportunities to learn from one another, build skills, and prepare for the challenges of tomorrow.

Team GJ is a proud supporter and the first contributor to the Nexus Public Safety Center, because we know education doesn’t stop when the classroom ends. For those who serve our communities, continued education means continued growth, stronger partnerships, and better preparedness.

In addition to new Fire and Police Department Stations, Nexus will create a place where:
🚒 Future and current public safety professionals can train together.
👮 Agencies can collaborate and learn from one another.
🎓 Students can gain hands-on experience that connects education to real-world service.
