MEDLOG Transport & Logistics just celebrated the grand opening of its new flagship cold chain facility in Rincon! 🎉

The Switzerland-based company has invested $65M to bring a 291,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art site to Effingham County—creating more than 100 new jobs for local residents.

The facility features 42 loading docks, 20,000 pallet positions, rail siding for 18 cars, and the capacity to blast freeze 3 million lbs. of protein per day—the largest blast room in the U.S. These capabilities not only strengthen our role in global logistics but also open doors for new opportunities right here at home.

Geared up and excited to begin the plumbing scope on this new project with West Construction!

Where technical precision drives industrial innovation! West is proud to begin the build for CargoLoop and deliver innovative, large-scale industrial projects for local, regional, and international brands.

This unique project will use a design-assist delivery method to meet our client’s unique needs. The facility will support CargoLoop’s expanding global vehicle shipping operations across their five US terminals. CargoLoop provides vehicle shipping from any USA city to global destinations.
