A great afternoon celebrating safety, teamwork, and the people who make Lambert Construction what it is.

We recently gathered for our Summer Safety Event at The Hub in Stillwater — a project we’re especially proud of as the General Contractor — and had an incredible time together. A huge thank you to The Hub for hosting us and helping create such a fun atmosphere!

This year’s event was extra special as it marked Braden Fields’ first safety event, where he recognized team members with awards for having no lost time or OSHA recordable accidents. Safety continues to be at the core of everything we do, and we’re proud to celebrate the commitment our employees make every day to look out for one another.

From bowling and co****le to arcade games and great conversations, the day was filled with plenty of fun — but even more importantly, it gave us the opportunity to connect, strengthen relationships, and get to know each other better outside of the jobsite.

We’re grateful for a team that works hard, stays safe, and makes Lambert feel like family.

Lambert Construction was proud to be a sponsor of the first-ever 5th Grade Career Exploration Day! We had such a great time being part of an event that encouraged students to dream big and explore future career opportunities.

It was exciting to see so many curious minds asking questions, learning about different industries, and getting inspired about what’s possible for their futures. Thank you to Stillwater Economic Development, The HUB Stillwater, Meridian Technology Center, and Stillwater Public Schools for putting together such a meaningful event for our community. We’re grateful to have been a part of it!

Employee Spotlight: Braden Fields

We’re excited to introduce Braden Fields, our new Safety Director at Lambert Construction!

Braden brings 10 years of safety experience to the team, along with his CSHO certification from UT Arlington. He’ll be working across our jobsites, focused on strengthening and building out our safety program—something he’s especially looking forward to in his new role.

When it comes to the job, Braden is driven by one simple goal: getting the job done—safely. He enjoys the ever-changing nature of construction and the opportunity to tackle something new every day, with a particular interest in commercial projects.

Outside of work, Braden is from Shidler, OK and has been playing golf for the past 7 years (ask him about juggling golf balls with a club 👀). He’s a fan of the Atlanta Braves and OKC Thunder, and if you need to grab his go-to drink, it’s a Juneberry Red Bull.

Braden and his wife, Laura, are also preparing for an exciting new chapter as they’re expecting their first child, Samuel Ray, this June. They also have a goldendoodle named Oliver who keeps things fun at home.
