Some projects are personal.

Karl recently had the opportunity to build this pool house and outdoor living space for a childhood friend. As kids, many summers and birthday parties were spent at her grandparents’ farm pool. This project is a modern take, inspired by those memories and built as a tribute to a place that meant so much.

We’re honored to help create a space where new memories will be made and old traditions will continue.

🥶❄️ Cold Weather Alert ❄️🥶

Temps may dip down to -20° with the wind tonight, so now is the time to take a few quick steps to help prevent frozen pipes:

💧 Let faucets drip slowly
🔥 Keep your heat set at least 65° or higher
🚪 Leave crawlspace/utility doors open to heated areas
🗄️ Open cabinet doors under sinks (especially on exterior walls)
🧣 Use towels, sheets, or insulation to block drafts where cold air may enter

A little prevention now can save a major headache later. Stay warm and stay safe out there!
