Will has over 35 years of experience in various aspects of the commercial wall construction industry, starting as an apprentice carpenter, to journeyman carpenter, then foreman and general foreman. He is the company's field leader and is directly involved in every aspect of getting the job done right and safely. He has a passion for service and quality instilled in him by his father, a European cr

aftsman who valued pride in his work above all. He sees his values as his legacy, so he and his wife Ann are grooming their three sons to carry on the Zintl tradition of quality and service. We employ the best, handpicked union carpenters, tapers, plasterers, tenders, laborers, and project managers.Working with Zintl means entering in an honest and fair business relationship where the goal is always customer satisfaction. Working with general contractor, PCL, Zintl is currently working on the Intercontinental Hotel at MSP Airport. This project includes a 12-story, 297 unit hotel with ballrooms and restaurants on the lower floors. The project also connects directly to the concourses at the airport for quick boarding. Our work at the Intercontinental Hotel started in April 2017 and will continue through March 2018.

At Mystic Lake Hotel and Casino in Prior Lake, MN, Zintl is currently working on a 280,000 SF expansion including a 12 story hotel addition and a new convention center. Our work on this project includes interior framing, drywall, taping, and fireproofing. The convention center includes detailing ceiling and soffit work to create the intended design by the architect. This project started in November 2016 and is set to be done in November 2017.

Zintl is currently working on the Galleria East End Expansion project in Edina, MN. Working with Kraus-Anderson, we are framing exterior walls, framing interior corridor walls and detailed ceilings, and building demising walls for future tenants. This expansion includes seamlessly bringing new finishes into the existing mall space while not interfering with customers in the mall space.
