🥵 When it’s 100°F outside, your attic could be 140–160°F or even hotter.

Most HVAC systems in our area are installed in the attic, meaning they’re working in some of the hottest conditions imaginable—right alongside our technicians.

If your home isn’t quite reaching the thermostat setting during extreme heat, it doesn’t always mean something is wrong. Air conditioners are designed to cool your home by about 20° from the air entering the system, so they have to work much harder during heat waves.
