So many moving parts on the jobsite over the past few weeks. Updating older homes is a slow, careful process due to potential hidden structural issues, requiring thorough inspections for foundation, wiring, and plumbing, before major work, making prioritizing safety and getting expert advice essential for a successful, long-term renovation that respects the home's age. Our client is looking forward to enjoying this beautiful home in a quaint golf cart community this Spring. Work is moving along on schedule, and the transformation is beginning to take shape. The exterior will soon be complete with new roof, Pella windows and doors, addition of a mudroom, finished porch, and landscaping. Workers are actively updating the home's interior, with all new plumbing, electrical, refinished flooring, drywall, new bathrooms and a charming kitchen and living area.
