AEC Researcher Dr. Alex Orlov receives a $150,000 grant to advance his technology of self-cleaning solar panels. Under the company name of SolarClear, Dr. Orlov uses electrodes to produce an electrical field which keeps dust off the panels and increases energy outputs at Solar Plants.
