Another day, another happy client.

After figuring out which condenser belonged to our client’s property, we found this older system was being starved of refrigerant. With pressures like these, the system simply couldn’t keep up with the demand.

Just because a system is older doesn’t always mean it has to be replaced. We believe in giving our clients options, not pressure. We explained the repair, the replacement, and the long-term outlook so they could choose what made the most sense for their home and budget.

When the capacitor finally gives up… but the last company wrapped half a roll of electrical tape around it.
Took me longer to unwrap this thing than it did to replace it. Couldn’t even read the microfarad rating until all the tape came off.

Anyone want to guess the size before I reveal it? 👀

🚨 Listen to what your HVAC system is telling you. 🚨

This blower wheel is still moving… but just barely. That little bit of movement is enough to create a very loud wake-up call.

When the fins on a blower wheel become loose or start to detach, they can scrape against the housing, creating a loud screeching noise. Continuing to run the system can cause even more damage and lead to a much more expensive repair.

Sometimes it’s the simple things.

This client called us after another HVAC company had completed a maintenance visit. When we arrived, we found the system had simply been left without power. We restored power, verified the equipment was operating properly, and had the customer cooling again in just a few minutes.

We let the client know there was no charge for today’s visit. We also offered to perform a complete diagnostic to make sure there weren’t any underlying issues, but they chose to wait at this time—and we completely respect that decision.

Mistakes can happen in any industry. What matters is showing up, being honest, and putting the customer’s comfort first.

Another system replacement completed and another client cooling again. Minor w**d eating was needed to regain access, but once cleared, we got the old equipment out and the new system installed.
