Today, we moved out of our office on the Mountain Road after 16 years. And closing our doors after 34 years of GDC.
Feeling bittersweet, but feeling good!

We are happy to share with our friends and clients that Little Tree Builders: Russ & Dan Laggner and crew, will be taking over our office at 626 Mountain Road in Stowe as of August 15, 2024. As most of you know we are closing our doors in August after 34 years of building in the Stowe area. We are having an ongoing tool and supplies sale over the next few weeks at our office location at 626 Mountain Road in Stowe. Items for sale include a variety of power tools, nail guns, saws, lasers, ladders, safety rails, drills, cutters, joiner, hoses, router, nails/screws, job site refrigerator and microwave, water coolers, extension cords, lights, dispensers and large scale printer/copier/scanner and laptop computer and much more! New items added daily. Stop by between 9 and 4 Monday through Friday at Gordon Dixon Construction and we can show you anything you may be interested in. All items sold as is, final sale. Will accept cash, Venmo or checks. Feel free to email [email protected] with any specific questions.

Gordon Dixon Construction is announcing that after 34 years of building beautiful homes in the greater Stowe area, we are closing our doors at the end of this summer.
We are excited about the next chapter and what life will bring and we are grateful for the experiences the past 34 years have brought us.

Tomorrow June 15th, is the last day our website will be live.
It is a great showcase of our work and we will be sad to let go.

We have wrapped up construction on the Meadow View House, just some landscaping to come! Another GDC project in the books.
Excited for our client to enjoy! It turned out beautiful!!
