Great partnerships are built through shared knowledge and time together.

This week we welcomed five members of the Inproheat Industries Ltd. sales team to our Stratford facility for two days of product training and hands on learning. Their visit included a factory tour, in-depth discussions on our heat transfer solutions, and opportunities to see firsthand how our products are designed and manufactured.

Beyond the training, we enjoyed spending time together and showing them a little Wisconsin hospitality with some great local dinners. Thank you to the Inproheat team for making the trip. We appreciate your partnership and look forward to continuing to work together to support our customers.

This week, Tom Fulshaw and Brian Grassl have been on the road visiting customers throughout the Springfield, Missouri area. While emails and phone calls keep us connected, spending time with customers in person allows us to better understand their operations, discuss challenges, and show just how much we value their business.
