A past customer of mine who had their roof replaced by Elite Home Restoration and I apparently found what appeared to be roofing material in his front yard. I make it a top priority to give my customers peace of mind whether they are new or old clients. In less than a work week's time I was able to make it to the property and fully inspect the roof that was replaced back in 2021.
The roof was in perfect condition & material came from his neighbors property. Thankfully, my DJI makes wind damage inspections a breeze 👌.

Retail Roof Replacement in Park Ridge Illinois.
Here are two pictures of the old roof (20 yr 3-tab) followed by its replacement (30 yr laminate).
Elite & I typically recommend GAF Timberline HDZ as proven to have the most effective bonding from shingle to shingle and offers a stunning 3D look.

On this particular home we had to add "Edge Vent" along with "Ridge Vent". Reason for the vent near the eave or gutter is because there are no soffit (intake) vents on this home for proper attic air flow. Some homes built prior to 90's were designed without proven science in mind so we have to be innovative with our construction.

Here's a roof to last!
