Local electric utilities just announced they are voluntarily lowering everyone’s power bills by 50% starting today.

They also said they plan to encourage homeowners to become more energy independent and stop raising rates during the hottest months of the year.

If it rains every Saturday and Sunday, but the weather doesn’t actually know what day it is… then it’s just a pattern.
