One of the most common sources of electrical faults and communication errors stem from poor connections.

This length sensor relays information electrically to the machine’s control system. Unfortunately, it was unable to report correctly due to a previous makeshift repair.

We took the extra time to remove the faulty wiring connections, cut back the corroded ends, installed a new waterproof plug, shielded the exposed harness, and secured the new harness. Proper and secure connections are vital to the health of every electrical system.

We troubleshoot and repair trailers too!

This trailer had all sorts of electrical gremlins and intermittent light and abs failures.

A thorough search yielded this mess of a junction box. The housing on this electrical junction box had cracked and allowed water intrusion. This intrusion created havoc by allowing corrosion to form on the connections.

A quick clean up and installation of a new junction box solved this trailer’s electrical dilemmas.

Batteries hit the pockets hard and hit even harder when they fail prematurely. Proper maintenance always includes the batteries and battery containment units.

Lack of maintenance, improper sealing, and neglect on this unit led to rust, corrosion, and sporadic/total electrical power loss.

A thorough cleaning, some fresh paint, and an additional rubber seal ensured longer lasting batteries and a consistent voltage. This box will not only look better, but it will also protect the owner’s battery investment!
