We were the successful commercial general contractor on a new park for the county which included a new 19,164 sqft two story pavilion building including the large wrap around porch’s as well the entire park improvements of sidewalks, parking area and the large pier.

We were the successful commercial general contractor on Lifeguard Stations dating back to the late 70’s and early 80’s! Our staff of carpenters would build the lifeguard stations offsite and haul them to the beach and have a crane set them in place.

THROWBACK THURSDAY!
Kirchman Construction Co. built St. Jude Catholic Church in Tequesta, Florida back in 1992.
Wood trusses had been set and ready for plywood. 750 sheets of plywood delivered and stacked ready to be installed but Hurricane Andrew was bearing down on South Florida. By the grace of God, the hurricane stayed south over Homestead and missed hitting the site!
