RCI is spending the last months of winter at Kost Pit putting up a fresh stockpile of base course for Simon.

Railroad Avenue will be closed intermittently throughout the summer because of the reconstruction of the boardwalk along Whitewood Creek between the Deadwood Welcome Center and the Railroad Avenue parking lot. The Welcome Center Trail is scheduled to begin today with the mobilization of Rogers Construction Incorporated (RCI). The intent of the project is to allow overflow parking during our traditional large events such as the Days of 76 Rodeo and Celebration and Kool Deadwood Nites.

With safety in mind, Railroad Avenue will be open to pedestrians in the evenings, however, please keep in mind this is an active construction site and all caution should be taken transversing this area.

The project is scheduled to be completed by mid-October or earlier, weather permitting. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Stay safe Deadwood!

We will be open this Friday 5/31 from 8am-4pm.
We will also be open Saturday 6/1 from 8am-4pm.

Gravel Pit Operator Position.

-This position includes operating a wheel loader to load trucks with product, as well as scaling the trucks.
Hours for this position will be 8am-4pm
Monday-Friday. This job will be seasonal as gravel pit hours are scaled back during the winter months. Gravel pit is located in Piedmont, SD. Pay dependent on experience.

Heavy Equipment Operator Position

-This position is full time and work includes but is not limited to operating excavators, wheel loaders, bull dozers, and haul trucks. Experience preferred but all applications will be accepted for review. Pay dependent on experience.
