Phil put a score on these note cards and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Scoring your card before you fold it helps prevent paper cracking, weird fold lines, and creates a more intentional look.
Can’t wait to share the PMS match these note cards will be engraved in!

As we finished up this wedding invitation I thought it would be fun to share some of the final steps we take on press as we finish a job. We take measures to make sure our ink stays fresh for the next job and we always scrub our plates sparkling clean ✨ not pictured is Phil’s methodical wrapping and labeling of the plate. When the tools you use to create the art are almost as beautiful as the final piece itself! The copper plates we use in almost all of our engraved products are gorgeous in their own right. Wouldn’t these make an excellent centerpiece to a framed bouquet? Or you could let them shine next to your favorite photos.
There are so many possibilities with engraving plates, what do you think you would do with yours?

A few process clips of a recent calling card we ran. Engraved and burnished gold ink on flame red stock, which has been discontinued.
Burnish was checked on press to ensure accuracy but we, of course, still checked all of the calling cards by hand before shipping.
I’m so in love with the combination of the gold ink on this red stock! I just can’t stop thinking about it.
