Civil Tec has a dynamic and experienced staff with the technical expertise to offer a variety of services for any size project. Because of this, clients can expect a quick turnaround at a fair cost. We are also experienced at working with other professionals including landscape architects, attorneys, and planners to best meet the needs of our clients. We can provide Civil Engineering, Land Surveying and/or Land Planning services utilizing AutoCad/Carlson software in the office and 21st century equipment in the field. Civil Tec has three locations so we are convenient to jobs throughout the Lower Hudson Valley. Our headquarters are in Suffern (Rockland) with satellite offices in Chester (Orange) and Latham (Capital District). From start to finish we can handle all engineering and surveying aspects of a 50' x 100' lot, a 2,000 acre parcel, a city street study, easement/R.O.W. mapping, engineering inspections, and many other services. In addition, we are certified as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) by NYSDOT and a Women’s Business Enterprise by Port Authority.
