Noble has been awarded a one-well contract with ORLEN Upstream Norge AS for the ultra-harsh environment jackup rig Noble Intrepid to drill an exploration well on PL1135, offshore Norway. The contract is expected to commence in Q3 2027 with an estimated duration of 40-60 days.

Noble has been awarded a contract by ConocoPhillips Skandinavia AS for the ultra-harsh environment jackup Noble Interceptor.

The scope comprises plug and abandonment wells in the Greater Ekofisk Area. The contract is expected to commence in the third quarter of 2027 and has an estimated duration of 670 days.

Today we announced our second quarter 2026 results.

Noble's CEO Robert Eifler commented: “Our second quarter was adversely impacted by $43 million due to the operational suspension of both of our rigs in Brazil, while operational and financial performance was otherwise strong across the board. Additionally, we completed a highly successful debt refinancing, which is expected to drive meaningful cash benefits going forward. The continued importance of offshore investment is supportive of strong rig demand, with increasing market tightness for high spec drillships driving leading edge dayrates into the mid $400,000s per day."

Backlog as of July 27, 2026, stands at $6.8 billion. Backlog excludes mobilization and demobilization revenue.

We also released an updated Fleet Status Report. Highlights include:

• Noble Viking: Contract secured with an undisclosed operator, providing continuous rig utilization from Q1 2028 to Q4 2028 for the firm period, and to Q1 2029 if options are exercised.

• Noble Claus Bachmann: Three-well contract with bp in the UK with estimated duration of 150 to 210 days at a dayrate of $320,000 per day, plus a $5 million mobilization fee.

Honoring history while supporting those who serve today:

During the recent D-Day commemorations in Normandy, Noble Viking crew members Keith Robson and Stewart Mackay joined fellow participants in a 105 km charity walk across Omaha, Sword, Gold and Juno beaches, helping raise more than £10,000 for Healthier Heroes, a charity that supports veterans facing homelessness and hardship.

Their efforts are a powerful reminder that the spirit of service extends across generations.

Noble is pleased to announce that its drillship Noble Viking has been awarded a contract by a customer to support offshore drilling operations in Brunei. The contract comprises a firm scope of six wells, with an estimated contract value of approximately USD136.2 million, excluding MPD and additional services. The program is scheduled to commence in early 2028, with a duration of approximately 296 days, and is expected to keep the rig contracted through Q4 2028. The contract also includes three priced optional wells.

Jono Dodd, Senior Dynamic Positioning Officer on the Noble Gerry DeSouza, has been appointed a Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) by King Charles III.

Jono was recognized for nearly four decades of service with the Royal National Lifeboat Institution, where he plays a leadership role as a volunteer lifeboat helm in the UK. His work has supported search and rescue operations, training, and response efforts that have made a lasting impact in coastal communities.

In addition to his RNLI service, Jono has built a lifelong career at sea, bringing deep experience and steady leadership to both his vessel and volunteer commitments.

This recognition reflects years of dedication to teamwork and service to others.

Hearty congratulations to Jono on this well-earned honor.
