Hoss Industrial, LLC is growing our field team and looking for experienced, dependable people ready to work.
We are hiring for:
🔹 SUPERVISORS
🔹 OPERATORS
🔹 TECHNICIANS
Our work is industrial, hands-on, and fast-paced. Team members must be willing and able to:
✔️ Travel out of state
✔️ Work extended/long shifts as required by projects
✔️ Perform physically demanding work, including lifting 50+ lbs.
✔️ Follow strict safety and customer/site requirements
✔️ Pass a pre-employment drug screen
Supervisor: Valid CDL and 5+ years of experience supervising multiple crews.
Operator: Valid driver’s license required. CDL preferred. Minimum 2 years of vacuum truck and hydroblasting pump experience required.
Technician: Industrial, construction, or field-service experience is preferred, but we are willing to consider the right candidate.
