Got to beef up this dump trailer today with some 1/4” plate for a great customer of ours! This was to help protect his bed sides from wanting to bow out due to heavy logs from his tree business. This also will keep his rear gates aligned so his locks and hinges will continue to work correctly even with a fully loaded trailer.

This Pulverizer had seen better days. Luckily this customer cares for his equipment and wanted to give it a refresh! We were able to cut off the old bottom plate and three tooth holders to start fresh on that side of the processor. Instead of using a 2-3” plate for the bottom, we decided it would be better to stack 1” plates to allow us to replace the plates individually next time before it gets to this point.

This started off with some lines drawn on some pictures and was brought to life in the span of 2 days. Very proud of our team here knocking projects like this out quickly and efficiently!

Was able to knock out most of the welding on these wear strips on this CAT 336 bucket. Flipped the bucket over at the end so we could finish up the last bit of welding in a better position in the morning. Usually replacing wear strips would mean cutting off the old ones and replacing with new ones, in this case it was more cost effective to weld new wear strips on top of the originals. Fun job for a great customer!

Project from a few days ago! Had the opportunity to build some hopper wall extensions for this conveyor from scratch on-site for a concrete crushing company. Was able to knock this out in one day with our crew! From flat plate to fully removable hopper extension in less than 10 hours. Very proud of our guys and looking forward to working more with these crushing companies!
