We are truly humbled and honored to have the opportunity to give back to our community in a way that we hope will make a difference for the next generation.

As a family-owned and operated business Charles Machine has always believed in the importance of supporting our community and investing in the future of manufacturing and the skilled trades.

We are grateful to still be a family business and to have the opportunity to pass along the values of hard work, craftsmanship, and giving back.

Being able to provide a CNC mill to Lion Manufacturing and give students hands-on experience with equipment used in the real world is something we are incredibly proud of. We hope this opportunity sparks an interest in manufacturing and opens the door to exciting careers for these students.

Charles Machine Inc. is looking for a skilled CNC Mill Operator to join our team in Summerville, PA.

If you take pride in producing quality work and want to machine large, custom components instead of running the same production parts every day, we'd like to talk.

Mazak Quick Turns/Slant Turns
A mix of production and job shop work

Experience running CNC lathes (Mazak experience is a plus)
Ability to set up and run jobs
