Summertime for is still here for us so we are looking for Experienced Service Technician and Installers who understands the principles of how HVAC works.

We are looking for individuals that can be on time, dependable, listen, help out and follow directions. Those that can read write and follow our company guidelines and standards, who want to learn.

They must have drive to want to get ahead. They will need personal hand tools, a valid drivers license and can pass a drug and background check.

Looking for experienced installers who are keen on details. Who can ensure install and job quality control.

That will follow our installation guidelines and make sure they get completed to our company standards.

Must be able to read and write and be able to fill out paperwork and invoices. Take good job pictures before and after each install, listen and follow directions.

Must be able to be get along with others, be polite and have a calm demeanor. Must be able to think and plan ahead. Willing to train and lead other individual emplòyee’s in the correct install practices. Who can handle stressful situations at times.

Must have a clean background, drug free with a valid drivers license. They must be on time and be reliable when needed.

Looking for someone who has that mindset, experience and background that anything can be done if you apply yourself.

When your competitor tells their own customer that the evaporator coil inside was rusted out and was leaking refrigerant. That the unit was freezing up and the whole system needed to be replaced.

The inside coil was not freezing up. It is only 4 years old.

They were even the same ac company that installed it 4 years ago and the same ones that condemned it.

They must of forgot to tell their new service tech that information lol. This is why they called for a second opinion.

The issue was they forgot to seal the bottom of the supply duct in a hot attic and for years it was sweating and dripping the water into the second drain pan damaging the ceiling in the living room and shutting the unit off on water safety.

They did not seal the supply ductwork up correctly and never insulated the primary drain line.

Number two there tech never opened up the air handler it was still taped lol. Upon inspection I found the inside coil is all aluminum so yep you guessed it no rust.

There techs do this because they make commission on selling a new unit so they never looked at the unit. It is again only four years old and still under a warranty wow.

I’m wondering if I should call the owner and let him know he’s got a good service tech and thank him for the business and the new customer a lawyer in fact lol.

Maybe I will send him a thank you card, some flowers and some chocolates.

Thanks for the work lol and thank God, the customer asked for a second opinion.

When we first got there it was 72 inside the home that was when we knew there tech must of been right he needed a new system lol.

You may be busy but a company without a good reputation has no business at all.
