Quality Marble, Inc. has been supplying countertops to the residential and commercial tri-county area since 1993. Our company is rapidly growing and seeking an additional programmer to join our team.

Eligible candidates must have proven experience in the following areas:

Experience in Alphacam, CAD, or other drafting software
Knowledge of CNC machining processes and programming (preferred but not a must)
Knowledge of countertop fabrication (preferred but not a must)
Additionally, we will be seeking candidates with the following skills and attributes:

Self motivator
Confident, willing and motivated to work towards set goals
Very good math and problem-solving skills
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to work with minimum supervision
Job Duties would include:

Create detailed shop drawings with AlphaCam
Program CNC machines using AlphaCam
Read plans accurately to prepare shop drawings for production
Identify potential operational issues and redesign products to improve functionality
Job Type: Full-time

Position Summary:

Assists in the fabrication process, assuring safety, quality control, productivity, equipment maintenance and material staging.

Eligible candidates must have proven experiences in the following areas:

Supervisory- training may be substituted
Construction
Granite, quartz or other stone products
Additionally, we will be seeking candidates with the following skills and attributes:

Energetic, resilient and highly motivated
Confident, willing and motivated to work towards set goals
Strong communication and people skills
Very good problem-solving skills
Good organizational and time management skills
Job Duties would include:

Assures a safe workplace with commitment to our 0-accident goal – daily enforcement and clean up as well as weekly safety meetings
Assures all company policies and procedures are followed
Executes work orders as received from Shop Manager
Assists Shop Manager in providing schedule status. Assures that work already in progress is completed before new work starts
Assures the quality of the product produced
Manage and stage materials for smooth production, and safe, efficient loading
Ensures production goals are understood and met by all employees and reports work completed daily, including productions, time cards, cut sheets, and inventory reports. Adjusts work strategies daily to maximize production
Ensures all shop equipment is maintained in good working order
Ability to organize, schedule, and complete fabrication of stone products as received
Full knowledge of all fabricating machinery, with ability to operate and troubleshoot problems
Ability to train and coach entry-level employees to operational capability
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with administration and production personnel
Requires full body mobility and manual dexterity for operating machinery, equipment and small tools
Is proficient in the operation of all shop equipment
Working Conditions:

Primarily warehouse environment with considerable noise.

Physical Requirements:

The position requires the following physical activities on a regular basis; Stooping, crouching, reaching, standing, sitting, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, handling and repetitive motions.
The maximum amount of weight required to be lifted will be less than 100 pounds.
