At R&R Engineering, we specialize in manufacturing an array of bent bolt and threaded products. Our product lines include: J bolts, L bolts, V bolts, round U bolts, square bend U bolts, custom U bolts, anchor bolts, fully threaded studs, cranks, pins and roller shafts. As early adapters of planetary threading technology R&R Engineering enjoys a rich history in the field of threaded fastener. After

making significant investments in state-of-the-art technology it helped R&R gain a foothold in the industry, continuing to invest in that same technology we have continued to experience consistent growth and expansion. We currently own and operate 80+ Planetary Machines that consistently outperform, out price, out produce and out deliver many of our competitors. This exceeds the capabilities of our competitors with some only retaining 5 of these machines. As a custom U bolts manufacturer, our priority is to produce products of exceptional quality extremely fast. We are currently ISO 9001:2005 certified, and we will be working toward implementing ISO 9002. Recent company growth has also enabled us to expand our facility and improve our capabilities to meet close tolerances – we are able to meet or exceed all industry requirements and standards. Our capacity ranges from #10-24 to 1 – 8 and Metric M6-1.0 to M24-3.0. We dual source all material, enabling us to access additional stock from multiple vendors and maintain approximately 3 million pounds of uncommitted inventory in coil wire and bar stock.
