We are currently looking for a hardworking & dependable Journeyman HVAC Tech to join our team, someone who shares our company's values of exceptional customer service. This position requires 4 + years of experience and a Iowa Journeyman's Plumbers License. We are searching for enthusiastic and driven individuals who have the knowledge and skills in HVAC. Must be reliable, self motivated, have the ability and desire to learn. Candidates must have willingness to learn and grow with the company.

Benefits-include retirement with match, paid vacation,paid holidays, paid sick time, company vehicle, health care negotiable if required.

Salary: Wages for this job will be negotiated upon experience details will be provided during the interview process

Work Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday through Friday, overtime as needed

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 4 years’ experience with Service and Repair of HVAC systems

Valid IA Journeyman HVAC License
Valid driver's license
Ability to lift 50+ lbs
Ability to lead jobs on your own
Ability to follow directions
Ability to learn and do some plumbing services
Ability to work in all weather conditions
There will be a 6 week rotation on after hours calls
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Must take accountability for themselves. We are looking for someone who would like a career not just a job or wanting to "help". If you do not have a journeyman's licence you will be required to go though the apprenticeship course which consists of either online or in person schooling. After completion you will be required to take a test in order to receive your journeyman's licence, This is a 4 year process. We will reimburse you for your schooling and testing.
