New Project 2602: Pershing Street Stormwater Retrofit Project 🎉
We are super excited to share that we will be a subcontractor to Selland Construction in Wenatchee. This project is set to kick in from Spring 2026- Summer 2026 This is located in Wenatchee and the pershing street basin is approximately about 55 acres of fully developed residential neighborhoods and runoff is predominantly surface flow. The main pollutant of concern is sediment, which may contain heavy metals and legacy pesticides. The project goals for this project are to Increase water quality that goes to the Columbia river, treat stormwater runoff from streets, improve flooding in the areas, and replace old 6 cast iron water main with new 8” ductile iron water main. This project will reduce flooding risk, improving the quality of the stormwater discharged to the Columbia River, protecting recreational areas used for swimming, and beneficial for the protection of salmon/ shoreline habitats. We are waiting on approval from the Department of Ecology to fully design the planning grant.

❄️First snow day in Washington! Our main office woke up to a winter wonderland today. While the snow can be beautiful, it also brings new safety risks- especially on job sites and roadways.

Remember to stay alert and prioritize safety.

Snow Safety Tips:
- Drive slowly and allow extra stopping distance
- Watch for icy surfaces and black ice
- Wear proper winter gear and slip-resistant boots
- Clear snow from walkways, equipment and vehicles
- Stay visible with high-visibility gear in low visibility conditions

Stay safe out there and enjoy the snow responsibility 🚧

Safety on the jobsite starts with awareness. 🚧
Working around heavy equipment like bulldozers, excavators, cranes, and trucks can present serious hazards if workers are not alert and following proper safety procedures. Staying aware of your surroundings, making sure operators can see you, and keeping a safe distance from moving equipment are critical steps in preventing accidents.

If you’re unsure about the hazards of a specific piece of equipment, take the time to ask questions and learn before stepping into the work area.
At the end of the day, safety isn’t just a rule — it’s a responsibility we all share on the jobsite.

Job Update: 2412 Sumner Operations Facility
We are proud to be serving as a subcontractor on the 2412 Sumner Operations Facility project, a development taking place on approximately 6.18 acres in Sumner, WA. This project includes the construction of six new buildings along with additional site work such as paving, landscaping, irrigation, perimeter fencing, EV infrastructure & chargers, stormwater improvements, and full street frontage improvements along 29th Street E. A strong team is key to keeping everything running smoothly, and we rely on Jason C, Jon D (Foreman), Pat L (Project Manager), Zac G (Superintendent), and Brooklyn C (Project Engineer) for their leadership and coordination. Currently, the crew consists of two laborers and two operators utilizing equipment including a loader, CAT 320 excavator, dozer, and mini excavator, while also implementing GPS technology to improve accuracy and efficiency on site. The team has completed most of the underground scope of work, including installing underground piping, building footing drains for seven structures to help keep water clean, placing bio-retention filters to separate oils and debris from stormwater, and installing and leveling the base rock layer for the roadways. The next phase will involve preparing space to construct three roads before another contractor places the concrete surface. This project will also positively impact the Sumner community through street improvements, better stormwater management to reduce flooding, new roadway lighting, and additional landscaping and plant installations. Construction began in December 2024 and is expected to be completed around May 2026.

Important Update – Job 2507: Des Moines Creek West
The Des Moines Creek West project consists of constructing a new warehouse facility along with associated site improvements. The scope of work includes site preparation and clearing, earthwork and grading, building construction, stormwater infrastructure installation, modular wetland system construction, and sanitary sewer installation.
Our company is serving as a subcontractor on this project. Work commenced on July 7, 2025, and is scheduled for completion on September 11, 2026. At approximately 41 acres, this is currently the largest project our company is undertaking. The project maintains a workforce of approximately 13–31 dedicated personnel, including 10 operators, 3 laborers, 3–5 apprentices, and 19 carpenters (Main Contractor).
Project operations are overseen by Jeff M (Foreman), Brooklyn C (Project Engineer), Zac G (Superintendent), and Pat L (Project Manager), who ensure work progresses efficiently and safely. Major equipment on site includes 3 dozers, 5 excavators, and 2 off-road trucks. The team is also utilizing advanced Topcon GPS technology to enhance accuracy and productivity.
To date, several key milestones have been achieved, including large-scale tree removal and site clearing, completion of major grading operations, and full sanitary sewer installation. Approximately 3,000 feet of storm system has been completed, along with 4,000 feet of water line installation. Water mains have not yet been connected due to weather conditions. Concrete slab work is currently 83% complete.
The next major milestone will be completion of the underground storm system and water main installation, pending final pad preparation and wall construction.
