Seeking experienced concrete finisher for both basic and decorative flat work [Driveways, Patios, Sidewalks, Steps, Curbs, Floating Slabs, Thickened Edges] both residential and commercial looking to further their career. Candidate will be responsible for ensuring their crew has the proper equipment and materials for the days' work and maintaining supply levels for necessary materials, delegating tasks on site, determining break times and monitoring time worked by crew members, ensuring project accuracy and customer satisfaction prior to scheduling delivery and after project is finished, coordinating delivery times in cooperation with other crew/s, maintaining communication with management via daily progress reports, and ensuring cleanliness of job sites and company vehicles and property.

Requirements:

Must possess valid drivers license, necessary work attire (work pants, work boots, concrete boots, and tool belt), and personal hand tools (tape measure, hammer, and finishing tools). Must have basic working knowledge of smart phone and Google Maps. Experience operating laser levels and setting elevations, setting forms including stairs and thickened edges, and knowledge of multiple finish types [Broomed, Troweled, Stamped, etc.]. Experience operating dump truck (Non-CDL), pulling trailers, and operating equipment [Skid Loaders, Buggies, Jack Hammer, etc].

Preferred Experience/Skills:

Commercial Drivers License (CDL)
Prior Leadership Roles.
